At Rising Phoenix Rentals, we provide well-maintained, comfortable rental properties in Middletown, Delaware Our goal is to offer quality housing with responsive management ensuring a stress-free living experience for our tenants. We are also a small family run business.

We only offer 1 or 2 year leases, providing stability and peace of mind for long-term renters.
